Connection Recovery Support Group

Peer Support Group is a support group for individuals experiencing a mental health condition. Individuals do not need a formal diagnosis to attend. These sessions takes place in an intimate, confidential setting to allow peers to share with each other their positives and negatives. This type of group lets you know that you are not alone and it is not your fault.
